Commercial & HOA snow removal for the Edwards–Avon loop.
Seasonal snow plowing contracts for HOAs, condo and townhome associations, property managers, and commercial lots across Edwards, Avon, and EagleVail — one written scope, one point of contact, and plow dates on every invoice.
It sounds like you've been let down by a plow company before.
You know how a lot of HOA boards and property managers have a snow vendor who's fine — right up until the storm that actually matters, when they show up late, the sidewalks stay icy, and there's nothing on the bill showing what actually got done?
The hard part usually isn't the plowing itself — it's not knowing whether it'll get done, and having nothing to show the board if it doesn't. That's the whole reason we built it the way we did: one written scope, one point of contact, and plow dates itemized on every invoice.
Not sure we're a fit yet? A pre-season walk is the easiest way to find out — no cost, and you'd have something concrete to compare against what you've got. If your board is still writing the RFP, start with what to ask before you sign an HOA snow contract.
Proof of service. Insured. One person to call.
The three things that protect a board — and the three things a plow company stretched across the county usually can't give you.
On every invoice
Every plow date is itemized on your monthly bill, and we'll pull the full service log for your board any time. If an owner disputes service or slips, your board has the dates in writing.
Insured, COI on request
General liability coverage, with a certificate of insurance sent to your board or manager before the season starts. You won't have to ask twice.
One point of contact
One written scope, one phone number, and the owner on the other end. Storm-night calls go straight to the truck.
Before you call another snow company, here's what you're probably thinking.
We'd rather say it first.
“They'll overpromise, then disappear in January.”
Fair — it happens every winter here. We only take on what we can cover inside the loop, which is why we don't chase work outside Edwards, Avon, and EagleVail.
“I'll never actually see a certificate of insurance.”
We carry general liability and send the COI to your board or manager before the season starts — not after you've chased us for it.
“When I need a record, there won't be one.”
Every plow date is on your invoice. If an owner disputes service or slips, your board has the dates in writing — not a guess.
“The owner will be impossible to reach in a storm.”
Storm-night calls go straight to the truck. The person who answers is the person plowing.
One scope, every surface a board worries about.
Drive lanes & access roads
Kept open and passable overnight, so residents — and emergency vehicles — get in and out.
Guest parking & pads
Cleared and stacked so you don't lose spaces by February. Mailbox and dumpster pads included.
Sidewalks & entries (add-on)
Hand-shoveling for walks, steps, and entries, the slip-and-fall zones a board can't leave icy. Available as an add-on. Roof and ice-dam clearing is priced separately when the load builds.
Cinders & de-icing (add-on)
Cinders or mag chloride on icy grades, entries, and walkways, when ice is the real issue. Won't chew up pavers the way rock salt does. Available as an add-on.
Pushback & haul-away (add-on)
We push back and stack on-site first. When the piles outgrow the lot, we arrange haul-off with equipment brought in for the job. Priced as an add-on.
Roof snow & ice dams (add-on)
Roof and eave clearing when the load builds, plus ice-dam clearing before water finds a ceiling. Priced as an add-on.
The three we hear every fall.
“We already have a plow guy.”
Most boards we work with did too — right up until the storm that didn't get handled. When did your current company last walk the property, set a written trigger, and put plow dates on your invoice? If it's “they just plow when it snows,” that's a route problem, not a you problem. Worth a walk to compare?
Book a site walk“You're probably more expensive.”
Maybe, maybe not. The question underneath it: what does one slip-and-fall claim — or one morning your lot isn't open before tenants arrive — actually cost the association? We price by the property after we walk it, and the number holds all season.
Get a season price“We're probably too small for you.”
Not at all — small associations are exactly what a tight local route is built for. The real question is whether you're on a plow company's route, or the afterthought when a bigger job runs long. Inside the Edwards–Avon loop, you're on ours.

Pre-season walk & scope
We walk the property, mark stacking areas and hazards, and put a written scope in front of your board — easy to hold up against any RFP.
Trigger & response
A 3-inch trigger (adjustable for lots and drive lanes) and a defined response window, agreed before the first storm.
Seasonal price
One price that holds all winter. Pay monthly, or the full season up front for a discount. Add-ons like haul-away invoiced after service.
Invoice records & COI
Every plow date itemized on the invoice, full log on request, and a certificate of insurance on file. The board always has the record and the coverage.
Questions boards ask
One season price that holds all winter. Pay monthly across the term, or the full season up front for a discount. Add-ons like haul-away are invoiced after service.
Yes. We carry general liability and send the COI (proof of insurance) to your board or manager before the season starts. You won't have to ask twice.
Every plow date is itemized on your monthly invoice, and we'll pull the full service log any time you ask. If an owner disputes service or slips, the dates are in writing.
A set trigger depth, usually three inches, a little less on drive lanes if you want. We agree on it at the site walk, so nobody's calling during a storm.
Yes, as add-ons: hand-clearing for walks, steps, and entries, and cinders or mag chloride on icy grades. What's included versus add-on is spelled out in your written scope.
Yes. Send us your RFP or property details and we'll put a written scope and season price in front of your board that's easy to compare.
Tell us about the property.
We reply within one business day with a seasonal price and a written scope your board can compare against any RFP. Pre-season requests get first spots on the route.
