Avon and EagleVail are dense. Shared drive lanes, guest parking, mailbox and dumpster pads, and not much room to put a winter's worth of snow. Push it into the wrong corner in December and the association loses parking spaces by February. We mark stacking areas at the site walk, before the first storm — and when the piles outgrow the lot, we arrange haul-off. It's the same loop we plow through Edwards.
Plowing is the contract. Everything else is a clear add-on.

Questions Avon & EagleVail owners ask
Three inches starts the trucks (a little less on commercial lots and HOA drive lanes if you want). We set it with you before the season so nobody has to call during a storm.
Overnight storms are cleared for morning departure. Commercial and association properties come first in the pre-dawn window, then residential driveways. If it keeps snowing, we come back.
Sometimes, if the property is on our existing route through Edwards, Avon, or Singletree. Pre-season sign-ups always get priority, so call in the fall if you can.
Every driveway and lot is different — length, grade, stacking room, and how much hand work is involved. We quote after seeing the property, and the number holds for the season.
